Consumer Justice Advocates

Consumer Justice Advocates (CJA) is a student association driven by our collective passion for consumer protection. CJA provides opportunities for students interested in working as consumer law advocates to learn more about the field. It also provides forums for all students to learn more about this important area of the law, both as future advocates and as consumers themselves. We host panels and other events throughout the semester, ranging from a wide area of consumer topics, such as student loans, data privacy, and fair housing. The organization coordinates with the nationwide National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and NACA's affiliate, the Consumer Law Advocates, Scholars & Students (CLASS) Network, opening the door for networking and experiential opportunities.
