Constitutional Law I: Governance
Course Description
This course examines the structure of our constitutional system and the roles that separation of powers, federalism and judicial review play in that system. The course thus explores the relation among the three branches of the federal government, the allocation of power between the states and the federal government, and the principles that govern judicial review of governmental action.
