Examine Health Law from Many Angles
The health law field is as diverse as it is complex. From the local and national policies that determine who has access to health care, to the laws that govern the personal choices we are allowed to make about our own medical treatment, there are many fascinating areas to explore. As a health law student at Maryland Carey Law, you will learn about health law from an interdisciplinary perspective on a campus with top research-based institutions for nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and social work. Our outstanding faculty will provide mentorship and guidance as you put theory into practice, from the classroom to the clinic.
Completing a Health Law Certificate will enhance your expertise and demonstrate to future employers your commitment to health law. You will need to complete at least six credits of courses and seminars, a research and writing requirement, and an experiential learning component to receive the certificate.
