International Association of Privacy Professionals Westin Scholar Award
Maryland Carey Law is a participating member in the IAPP Westin Scholar Award program. Every year, one Carey Law student is selected to receive the Westin Scholar Award which, in addition to monetary support, includes a membership into the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the largest and most comprehensive global information privacy community.
Cybersecurity Public Service Scholarship Program
The Cybersecurity Public Service Scholarship award supports student pursing an education in cybersecurity. The award may be used to pay for educational expenses including tuition and room and board. Students who receive the award commit themselves to working for a Maryland state government entity in the cybersecurity field. Maryland Carey Law students pursuing the JD Certificate in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law and students in the MSL Program’s Cybersecurity Track may be eligible for this award.
