Course Description

This course will track the development of AI and Big Data methodologies in law and legal reasoning. On that backdrop, we will consider how AI and Big Data can solve and cause legal problems, and how best to regulate in this area. The course will engage in an interdisciplinary, pluralist approach to these issues.
