In this course, Professor Millemann will supervise up to 8 students in completing advanced writing requirement papers. Papers should focus on the broad field of criminal justice, which could include topics related to criminal law litigation, criminal law policy and reform, or other real-world criminal law topics. Students in the course will meet together four times during the semester to discuss their respective papers and explore common research and writing issues. During other weeks, Professor Millemann will meet one-on-one with students for individual writing supervision sessions to discuss their topics and draft papers. This course is limited to students who are writing cert papers.
