Originally from Chicago, Julia M Toro is a District of Columbia attorney practicing in Washington, DC. She studied law at DePaul University College of Law and obtained her Master of Laws in International Human Rights at American University Washington College of Law. She is barred in the District of Columbia. She started her own private immigration law practice of JULIA M TORO LAW FIRM in 2012 after working at Pertierra & Toro law firm for eight years.
