Prof. McCray-Worrall currently serves as Senior Counsel at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the Legal Division’s Office of Litigation & Oversight. Prior to joining the CFPB he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and started his career in private practice representing plaintiffs in consumer class action cases. Before graduating from the School of Law in 2010, Prof. McCray-Worrall was an Instructor in the Johns Hopkins University English Department, where he also served as Director of the Johns Hopkins University Writing Center. In addition to a J.D., Prof. McCray-Worrall holds an M.A. in English from Johns Hopkins University, an M.Phil. in Renaissance Literature from Cambridge University, and a B.A. in English from Williams College.
