Darrell Braman was a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., T. Rowe Price International Ltd, T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited, T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd., and T. Rowe Price Services, Inc. and Secretary of the T. Rowe Price mutual funds (1994-2021). As Managing Counsel in the Legal Department at T. Rowe Price, he led a team responsible for all disclosure, business support and regulatory functions relating to the firm's U.S. investment funds and distribution businesses. Mr. Braman also supported the mutual funds’ board of directors and participated on a number of governance, compliance and risk management committees within the firm.
Prior to working at T. Rowe Price, Mr. Braman served as a Special Counsel to Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (1989-1994).
Mr. Braman also serves on the Board of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore City; the board of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore; and is a trustee on the Advisory Board of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
Mr. Braman received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Mr. Braman is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
