Patrick Buckler is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Visiting Angels, a senior homecare provider. Prior to joining Visiting Angels, he was in private practice as a commercial litigator with McGuireWoods LLP, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, and Bowie & Jensen, LLC. Patrick advises on trade secret protection plans, employment law, non-disclosure agreements, and restrictive covenants. In private practice, he regularly litigated trade secret cases in federal and state courts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
