Mr. Bolea is an Assistant General Counsel at the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bolea worked in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General, where he was appointed as the Principal Counsel to the Department of Budget and Management, the Maryland Energy Administration, and the Power Plant Research Program at the Department of Natural Resources. Mr. Bolea has extensive experience counseling and representing clients before State and federal administrative agencies and courts in energy and environmental issues, as well as on contract and procurement, collective bargaining, employee healthcare, and State budget matters. Mr. Bolea also worked in private practice, and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia on Maryland’s Court of Appeals, and for the Honorable Peter B. Krauser on Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals.

Mr. Bolea graduated Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
