Bio

Mia is a member of the Class of 2025 at the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School Law. She earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Syracuse University and a minor in Business.

At Carey Law, she acts as the Senior Online Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Review, Volume 84. She will also be serving as the Executive Treasurer of the Student Bar Association for the 2024-2025 academic year. In addition, Mia is a Legal Writing Fellow and a member of APALSA and the Business Law Society. She was previously a part of Gallagher, Evelius & Jones' 2023 Summer Associate class. Most recently, Mia externed for the Honorable Matthew J. Maddox of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and is a Research Assistant to Professor Tiffany Yang.

Mia's interests are currently business law and intellectual property—particularly on the litigation side.
