Salima Omwenga, a Silver Spring, Maryland native and second-year evening student on the Business Law track, is actively building a solid legal foundation while nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to attending the University of Maryland Carey Law, Salima graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics.

Salima's entrepreneurial journey as a branding and marketing strategist uniquely positioned her to merge her experiences with a legal career.
