Bio

Courtney is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, but moved to Washington, DC following her graduate school education in the United Kingdom. An evening student, Courtney has worked for various federal agencies and is currently a Policy Analyst at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Upon graduation in 2025, Courtney is interested in pursuing transactional business law here in Baltimore.
