Andrew Frailer
Bio
My name is Andrew Frailer, and I am interested in business law generally, as well as real estate law. I received my B.A. from Washington and Lee University in the Spring of 2021, where I double majored in Economics and Politics, and minored in German. At Washington and Lee, I was a cadet in the ROTC program, and a captain on the football team. I also had the opportunity to intern with American Insurance and Financial Services, located in Bel Air Maryland, where I learned how to prepare insurance quotes for large commercial clients.
Currently I am a student at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where I am a Dean’s Scholar, a member of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. I am also a Second Lieutenant in the Army Reserves with the United States Army Reserve Legal Command, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. During the summer of 2022, I attended Basic Officer Leader’s Course (BOLC) for logistics at Fort Lee, Virginia, and I also worked as a research assistant for Professor Paula Monopoli.
Currently, my areas of interest include Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Securities Regulation, but I am open to learning more about different areas as well.
