Bio

Max O’Grady grew up in Silver Spring, MD and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy.  While in college, he founded and operated a beekeeping company, which provided him with excellent practical business knowledge and laid the foundation for his interest to attend law school.  Before starting school Max worked for a family law firm, where he specialized in managing paper and electronic filing systems for tracking assets in probate and other family law proceedings. 

Max is primarily interested in tax, securities, and business structures/planning.  He is excited to be a part of the Business Law Track and to continue expanding his skills of litigation, writing, and transactional work.
