Kathleen Millrood

Bio

Kathleen is a member of the Class of 2023 on the Business Law track, and is interested in pursuing a legal career in real estate, corporate transactional law, and contract drafting and negotiation.  

Kathleen is originally from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She did her undergraduate studies at Tulane University where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in both Political Science-International Relations and International Development as well as minored in Economics. 

Kathleen is a member of Carey Law’s Alternative Resolution Team, where she has found a keen aptitude for applying her transactional law and negotiation skills in competitive environments. Kathleen has served as a legal intern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

Prior to law school, Kathleen has worked as a legislative intern for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as well as a campaign intern for the 2019 Louisiana House Election.
