Bio

Megan Case grew up in Long Island, NY and was graduated from the rigorous liberal arts program at St. John's College, Annapolis, MD in 2015.  Prior to entering law school, she worked for Governor Larry Hogan, where she worked in Constituent Services as Correspondence Manager.  She also worked for a year as Executive Assistant to Commissioner Michal Richard of the MD Public Service Commission.  Since 1L summer, Megan has worked as a law clerk with Bowman Jarashow Law, LLC, where she assists with complex civil litigation and business transactions.  During her 2L summer, she interned with the Honorable Judge Mark Crooks of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Recently, Megan's paper "Google, Big Data, & Antitrust" was selected to be published as an article in the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law (forthcoming in Vol. 46, Issue No. 2).  Megan's focus in the business law program has been on issues of tax, business planning, real estate, and antitrust.
