Since 2002, women from different stages in their careers have connected through the Women, Leadership & Equality program. Whether you’re in your first job out of law school or a seasoned professional in a leadership role, sharing your experience on the pressure, obstacles, and challenges you face in the professional world is highly valuable to our community and our students. This program's greatest strength has been the powerful cycle of students who become alumni and return to mentor and support the next generation who, in turn, do the same. We are grateful for the extraordinary gift of time many of you have given.
We are also thankful for generous philanthropic support from members of our community. That support has empowered us to meet the increasing demand among our students; enhance our curricular offerings, generate scholarship; and provide mentoring, networking, and leadership training for our students, alumni, and the broader legal community.
The Women’s Leadership Circle is a new cohort with a shared vision in supporting gender equity. Its aim is to help us grow our endowment to support a full-time managing director, enabling us to make even greater strides toward improving representation in the legal profession.
