Executive Compensation
Course Description
This course will cover the policies, rules and regulations relating to Executive compensation. To that end, it will cover the relevant tax attributes and disclosure rules applicable to Executive compensation, including stock based compensation, executive deferred compensation, (nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements), and bonus arrangements. Plans and arrangements that will be addressed include severance plans, top hat plans, excess benefit plans, Rabbi Trusts, bonuses, golden parachute payment, Supplemental plans (SERPS).
