Thurgood Marshall Seminar

Course Description

This course will examine the early law practice of Thurgood Marshall. This is a research seminar that will give special attention to primary sources, including trial court filings and exhibits, court docket entries, hearing transcripts, pre-litigation administrative proceedings, contemporaneous correspondence and reports, and press accounts.
