Alternative Dispute Resolution Team Seminar
Course Description
The ADR Team Seminar is limited to students who are members of the ADR Team, who are selected through a competitive intraschool tryout process in the spring semester. The Fall semester seminar teaches negotiation theory and strategy, and the Spring semester seminar teaches mediation advocacy. Students on the team apply the skills learned in simulations and at interschool competitions. This course is graded on a Credit/No Credit basis. To remain on the team, students must enroll in the seminar for credit each semester. The ADR Team is a two-year commitment. The first year on the team students enroll for 2-credits each semester. The second year on the team students register for 1-credit each semester.
